Last updated: July 18, 2026. This notice describes how Om Concepts LLC processes information through Om Social Feeds, the standalone service used to connect an Instagram professional account and maintain an authorized public-media feed.

What the service stores

A connection record can include the Instagram account identifier, username, professional account type, granted permission list, token expiry, connection and refresh timestamps, and a server-only access token. The service also caches a normalized copy of recent public post metadata and media URLs. Instagram passwords are entered only on Instagram and are never received by Om Concepts.

How information is used

This information is used only to validate the authorized professional account, retrieve its public profile and media, maintain the approved feed, refresh access when allowed, detect connection health, and tell an Om operator when reconnection is required. Meta credentials and access tokens are never sent to a client website or browser code.

Service providers and retention

Vercel hosts the application and Neon provides the encrypted Postgres runtime. Connection records remain only while the account is connected or operationally required. Cached feed data expires after the bounded fallback window, deletion receipts expire after 30 days, and platform logs are configured not to contain access tokens, authorization codes, or provider response bodies.

Security and access

Connection payloads are encrypted before database storage. Runtime credentials are server-only, tenant access is isolated, feed consumers use signed server-to-server requests, and callback requests from Meta are cryptographically verified before any connection is removed.

Disconnect and deletion

An account owner can remove the app through Instagram, ask Om Concepts to disconnect the account, or submit a deletion request. See the data deletion instructions.
