Data deletion

A client can ask Om Concepts to disconnect an Instagram account and delete the tenant-scoped connection record used by Om Social Feeds.

What deletion includes

The server-only Instagram access token and associated connection metadata are deleted from the tenant's isolated secret path. The client website continues to show its local curated fallback.

Request deletion

Contact Om Concepts through omconcepts.net and identify the business and Instagram username. Om will verify the request before deleting a connection. A production Meta signed-request callback and status URL remain Phase 3 work and will not be represented as live until tested.
